We are so pleased with our home in Florida but couldn't have done it without the excellent advise given to us by Dominique. Not only did she help us find what we were looking for once we were in Florida, but she gave us all the information we needed before we set off. This enabled us to bring the necessary documents to set up our bank account etc.... with the minimum of fuss.
Obviously we talked to other companies with regard to buying a home in Florida, however none of them gave us the practical advise that was so needed to make things go smoothly in the initial stages.
We had very strong ideas about where and what we wanted to buy, however Dominique showed us a good mix of properties without being pushy and allowed us to realise ourselves that we were being too limited in our outlook.
We really appreciate the time and effort she put into the whole sale process.
