When we decided to buy a holiday home in Florida we originally approached agents here in the U.K , however after meeting several we didn't feel comfortable with any of them so we asked the advice of a friend who had already brought several homes in Florida, he introduced us to Sam Brightman of Dolby Properties.
Sam was superb, we arrived on Saturday & met with her on the Sunday, and boy, did she have some homes to show us!!! We viewed homes all day Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday, Sam was the perfect host even supplying drinks and toys to keep our two children occupied !! We found our home on the Thursday and completed all the relevant documents the same day, Sam explained everything to us along the way and made it very easy for us to understand all that was happening ( buying a home in the U.K is much harder ! )
When we arrived home Sam kept in constant touch , walking us through every step of the way, even now that we're the proud owners of our own holiday home, Sam still keeps in touch and we like to think that not only did we find our home but we also made a friend.
