I just wanted to say what a pleasure it's been working with you on getting our place in the sun.

I must admit to being somewhat daunted by the prospect of doing something like this, particularly having to fly out there on my own.

However I must say I found the whole process relatively easy and straightforward, you clearly have some good contacts there so that I could get my Bank Account, Mortgage and US tax affairs sorted out with relative ease.

As far as my trip out there was concerned I couldn't have been happier. I didn't have long and I was impressed that you came to meet me on a Sunday, we ended up looking at 12 properties I think! My head was spinning at the end of the day but I was genuinely impressed by the range of properties in my relatively low price bracket. I was initially worried about finding one that I liked but I came away from the day with a clear top 3 and I probably would have bought any of them. Happily I managed to get my first choice property. Although she hasn't been out to see it yet, my wife Carol is happy with the choice I have made too which is the most important thing!

Despite me only having 5 days I was amazed we got to choose a property, see the mortgage consultant, bank manager and tax accountant and I even squeezed in a day at Islands of Adventure and a half day trip to Gatorland!

I also want to thank you for introducing me to bacon, egg and cheese bagels - yummy!
