From the very first e-mail that we received it felt like we were being looked after by people who actually cared passionately about their job and were as keen as us to find the perfect villa for our needs. In particular Sam has been extremely helpful throughout the whole process and we cannot thank her enough, every e-mail and phone call was answered quickly and with all the relevant information. It felt like she worked 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and with the time difference this was greatly appreciated. It's a shame that Dolby Properties do not also have a management agency as we would be 100 % confident in placing our villa with you as well as you were such a pleasure to deal with.
