Having decided to buy a place in Florida we started the daunting task of finding someone to help with our purchase. Then we came across Dolby Properties and decided to take the plunge.

From the initial contact there was a feeling of dealing with people who were professional and honest. Sam worked extremely hard on our behalf during the 5 days we were there, finding numerous properties for our viewing, and maintained her sense of humour throughout! Nothing seemed too much trouble for her, even working late into the evening to arrange viewings for the following day. On finding a property Sam arranged all the appointments for setting up the bank account and mortgage. On returning home we were kept up to date at all times with both e-mail and phone calls. It was a great comfort to know that Sam was acting on our behalf, and for a property purchase the whole process was relatively stress free!
