I arrived along with my brother Chris at Orlando International Airport in July 2004. After checking into our hotel we first met up with Dominique Campbell-Combe from Dolby properties. Our first impressions of 'Dom' immediately showed her to be very friendly and down to earth. Previous to our visit we had exchanged several e-mails, giving Dom all the necessary information regarding the type of property we liked and budget we had available to spend. As she was now prepared with detailed requirements from us, we were taken to properties which she knew we would be interested in. This obviously cuts down the time wasted looking at homes Dom now knew we would not be interested in.
We found a lovely property the next day. Unfortunately some time after our visit the sellers withdrew from the sale. We had to start all over again !
This however did not deter Dom from going to great lengths to find us another property. I would just like to say a big 'THANK YOU' to Dom for all the time, effort and energy she has spent in looking out for our dream investment/holiday home, all the e-mails, all the financial information and contacts she provided, all the legal information, immediately responding to any requests we had and most of all for the friendship we made with each other. Chris and I are very grateful for all you have done for us and our families. We would not hesitate in recommending this lovely lady to anyone interested in buying property in Orlando !
As of December 2004 we became the proud owners of a wonderful villa on Lake Davenport Estates. We have a successful rental income and a fabulous place to stay on our vacations.
