We were interested but cautious about buying property abroad, but fortunately we were introduced to Dolby Properties. Over a period of months we were given frank and honest information to the many questions we wanted answers to. We were interested but not sold on buying until taken on a guided tour of several properties by Lesley and Steve. They gave their time with no pressure to buy and did not need to, as the properties they showed us could sell themselves.
By the end of the tour we decided we would buy and as our agent they were able to help us negotiate a good price. From that point they held our hand through the whole purchase process ensuring everything needed for a rental property was in place and agreed repairs completed.
Since purchasing our Florida home they have not forgotten us, but kept in touch to see if we are happy with our purchase and to give advice when needed. There are many Realtors in Florida but we doubt we could have been given a better or more honest service than provided by Dolby Properties.
