We decided we would like to invest in a holiday home. We did a considerable amount of research and decided that Orlando was the place for us. We continued to do our research via the internet and subsequently corresponded with and met a couple who bought their highly sucessful rental property in Orlando through Dolby Properties. They transported us in luxury with no pressure sales to the selected properties. During our visit they pointed out what we needed to know re: location and condition of properties. Steve is excellent, whilst we were excited at the prospect of owning our own home, he methodically checked every single thing in every single house, so that we were always aware of the condition and any expenses which may be incurred. They found us our dream home, helped us negotiate the price (downwards), accompanied us regarding the finance and gave us an aftersales service which we have never known. Before we returned to the U.K. Steve had visited our new home seven times, he negotiated with the seller regarding minor problems.
He is still working with us, sharing his time and knowledge. Lesley keeps in touch on a regular basis, always answers emails quickly, answers all queries effectively, treats every issue professionally and never trivialises any of our questions (and some of them have been rather silly).
